The Beef Joint in Healesville has entered a new era with Ben Duff joining his father, Eric in the business.

Eric, a master butcher with over 49 years experience, opened the Beef Joint 35 years ago establishing a reputation for best quality meats backed 100% by professional, friendly service.

Regular customers will have noticed the changes ushering in the new father/son partnership - the eye-catching shop front, blue bull's head logo and uniforms - all aimed at 'branding' the business.

Both Eric and Ben have strong connections with the business and wider community of Healesville.  Ben's previous retail experience and two years spent travelling overseas through England and Europe are providing much of the inspiration for the 'new look' Beef Joint.

Ben is bringing ideas and recipes to the shop, a lot of it inspired by his overseas experience.

The gourmet sausages are a prime example.  Made from all natural ingredients, there are more than 40 different varieties with at least 14 varieties on offer at any one time.  Also on offer is a large range of home smoked products including hams, bacons, and other charcuiterie products.
